Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-48 hours of receipt; provided the product is in-stock and all necessary verification processes have been completed.

Our order delivery timeline varies. We have quick orders deliverable within hours available for IN-STORE Vendors selling groceries and related items. Typically, other orders are between 2-5 business days from the order ship date. However, please note that drop ship items ship directly from the manufacturers and so delivery times will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer (usually between 14-21 days). Back-ordered merchandise will ship as soon as the item becomes available. While some local orders from in-stores could be concluded within 1 to 3 hours for in-store orders within the in-store locations and 1 or 2days for suburbs.

Yes, we do. For bulk orders, and any order which require shipping to United States and England, please contact us for better shipping rates. Note that orders requiring residential delivery service will be assessed an additional fee depending on the carrier used.

Fuel Surcharges – Due to escalating fuel charges from our carriers, we are forced to pass on a fuel surcharge on all truck orders.

Yes, we practice a reasonable return policy. Return of products must however be done within 14 days after delivery of product.

Domestic Orders: We process all orders; however, we apply a N700 processing fee for any orders below N10000. VAT excluded.

International Orders: We process all orders; however, we apply a N3500 processing fee for any orders below N20000. VAT excluded.

Yes, if that option is available with the particular vendor of your product of interest. There is usually drop shipping fee charged. This is highlighted at the point of check out.
