Display and Design
The smartphone features a
 6.53-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. There is a tiny waterdrop notch on the top of the screen for the selfie camera. The screen has an aspect ratio of 19:5:9 and a screen to body ratio of 90.3 percent. The IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen on the phone looks sharp and vivid but the AMOLED would have been a lot better.

The company calls it a “
3D Micro Arc Curvature Design†for the curve it has on the back. There is a fingerprint scanner at the back and a huge display upfront. The phone weighs 193 grams and has a dimension of 162.2 x 76.5 x 8.9 mm.

4GB of RAM. The phones look pretty sturdy on the hardware front with its chipset and ample RAM. The storage is backed byÂ

The MediaTek Helio P65 is based on 12nm architecture and packs Octa-core (2×2.0 GHz Cortex-A75 & 6×1.7 GHz Cortex-A55) processor. Mali-G52 MC2 GPU clocked at 820 MHz. The software part is backed by
 FunTouch OS 9.2 UI based Android 9 Pie. For gamers, the Vivo Y19 comes with support for Multi-Turbo and Game Space which theoretically boosts up the gaming performance and optimize battery life.
